Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Contract AI-Native Software Engineer opportunity - £520 per day - Fully Remote - Outside IR35

Morson Edge are working with a team redefining how software is delivered using agentic workflows and multi-agent systems. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on building real, production-grade systems powered by AI.

What you’ll be doing:

• Designing and building AI-native, backend systems (Go / C#)
• Orchestrating multi-agent workflows to accelerate delivery
• Implementing AI-assisted development practices across the lifecycle
• Building validation and quality frameworks for AI-generated code
• Working within existing platforms to introduce modern, agentic approaches

What they’re looking for:

• Strong backend engineering experience (Go and/or C#)
• Experience with distributed systems & APIs
• Hands-on use of AI-assisted or agentic development workflows
• Understanding of testing, CI/CD, observability
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments
