Bid Writer

£400 per day (Inside IR35, via Umbrella)
Hybrid 1 day per week onsite in Nottinghamshire

A great opportunity for an experienced Bid Writer to support a specialist systems integrator on a short-term interim assignment. You ll focus on producing high-quality written content across a varied bid pipeline, with values ranging from £10k to £8m.

• Produce clear, compelling and compliant written proposal content.

• Translate technical input from SMEs and Solution Architects into polished responses.

• Develop structured narratives, win themes and customer-focused messaging.

• Support the bid team in meeting deadlines and ensuring strong content quality.

• Proven experience as a Bid Writer (public and/or private sector).

• Strong writing, editing and structuring skills, with excellent attention to detail.

• Comfortable working with technical and commercial stakeholders.

• £400 per day, Inside IR35 (via umbrella).

• 1 day per week onsite in Nottinghamshire; hybrid setup for the remainder.

• 3-month contract with limited potential to extend.

• Immediate availability preferred.
