Our client is a prominent, UK-licensed bank operating across three core pillars: Retail Banking, SME Lending, and Banking Services (BaaS). By providing the embedded financial infrastructure for global fintech leaders alongside their own digital retail and SME solutions, they sit at the heart of the UK’s financial ecosystem. You will be responsible for the configuration of the platform, including interest logic, limits and rules. While also managing key vendor relationships. A major focus of this role is building deep internal expertise and documentation to ensure the bank's teams can deliver effectively and autonomously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evolve account structures and models to reduce complexity and ensure they support current and future scale.
  • Work closely with Engineering teams on solution design, challenging assumptions to deliver robust system behaviours.
  • Own end-to-end delivery, from initial problem definition and prioritisation to final optimisation.
  • Build an in-house knowledge base to reduce external dependencies and empower the wider Product team.
  • Manage platform provider relationships, ensuring high performance and influencing their long-term roadmaps.
  • Ensure all platform activities comply with UK regulations and remain audit-ready.

Skills & Experience:

  • Significant expertise in Core Banking platforms and account structure logic.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the UK financial services landscape.
  • A strong product management background with the technical fluency to navigate complex system constraints.
  • A high-ownership mindset with clear communication skills.

  • Competitive salary with vast opportunities for professional progression.
  • An open, inclusive and high-ownership culture.
  • Flexible Hybrid Working model.
  • 28 days holiday + 3 additional days (plus life event days and the option to sell 5 days).
  • Ability to exchange bank holidays for days that align with your personal or religious observances.
  • And many more to be shared on qualification call
