What You’ll Do

Direct Demand Generation

  • Lead full-funnel campaigns to generate high-quality meetings and pipeline for sales.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid channels (search, social, LinkedIn) and integrated motions like webinars, content offers, review sites, and events.
  • Collaborate with product marketing and sales to develop offers, messaging, and demo motions.
  • Continuously improve conversion and strengthen alignment with sales through structured feedback loops.

Channel Demand Support

  • Partner with channel marketing to boost demand across MSPs and distribution partners.
  • Share learnings from direct campaigns to improve joint campaigns and partner-facing programs.
  • Support lifecycle and upgrade campaigns in partner-led segments, helping maximize partner-generated revenue.

Performance Marketing & Agency Management

  • Own paid media campaigns, including agency briefing, prioritization, QA, and performance reviews.
  • Build a structured testing roadmap to optimize targeting, creative, landing pages, and offers.
  • Drive efficiency through iteration, audience refinement, and conversion rate optimization.

Lifecycle, Nurture & Expansion

  • Build and improve nurture journeys and re-engagement campaigns to move leads toward opportunities.
  • Support product upgrades and expansion motions through targeted segmentation and triggered campaigns.

Measurement & Reporting

  • Ensure clean tracking, reporting, and attribution to provide visibility across the funnel.
  • Establish a consistent cadence with sales to monitor pipeline health, lead quality, and marketing impact on revenue.

  • Direct pipeline and meeting generation become reliable, predictable, and measurable.
  • Lead quality and sales alignment improve across handoffs and feedback loops.
  • Partners are supported with scalable assets, proven playbooks, and lifecycle programs that drive demand and upgrades.
  • Strong foundations exist to support upcoming product expansions with coordinated, multi-region demand programs.

Who You Are

  • Proven experience in B2B demand generation, ideally in SaaS or tech with sales-led motions.
  • Skilled at building repeatable pipeline programs while supporting partner/channel campaigns.
  • Experienced in performance marketing with a focus on lead quality and conversion.
  • Strong collaborator across sales, product marketing, content, design, and channel teams.
  • Able to manage agencies or contractors effectively while remaining hands-on in execution.

Bonus Points

  • Experience marketing to IT leaders or regulated industries.
  • Background in cybersecurity, compliance, or related sectors.
  • Familiarity with partner-led co-marketing motions (MSPs, distributors).

Tools & Systems

  • CRM/Marketing automation (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalents)
  • Paid platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
  • Analytics/Reporting (GA4, Looker, Data Studio equivalents)
