Desktop Support Analyst

Support Analyst | Financial Services | London | Up to £55,000 base

Our client, a boutique Investment Management firm based in the West End, is seeking a Support Analyst to join their Infrastructure team on a permanent basis.

Key responsibilities include providing first and second-line IT support across two offices, managing incidents, onboarding, and IT assets, assisting with projects, ensuring security and compliance, and applying strong technical expertise, communication, and problem-solving skills.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a regulated industry such as investment management, banking, or insurance, providing first and second-line support across the business. Experience supporting Front Office teams is desirable but not essential.
