Senior Enterprise Sales Executive – GRC SaaS
Location: UK (Remote with travel to London for business-critical needs)
Salary: Up to £113,000 base + bonus + commission

Due to continued growth in the UK market, they are looking to hire a Senior Enterprise Sales Executive to play a pivotal role in winning new business, expanding strategic accounts, and driving large-scale GRC transformation programmes.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and execute the full enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting through to close
- Drive new logo acquisition while expanding existing key accounts
- Engage and influence senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives
- Take a consultative approach, aligning GRC solutions to complex business challenges
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline through both inbound and self-generated opportunities
- Navigate high-value, multi-stakeholder deals with confidence and precision
- Consistently exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in enterprise SaaS sales with a strong track record of overachievement
- Proven GRC experience is essential (Governance, Risk, Compliance platforms or solutions)
- Experience selling into regulated industries such as financial services, insurance, or energy
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to navigate complex organisations and long sales cycles
- High levels of drive, resilience, and emotional intelligence
