Senior Enterprise Sales Executive – GRC SaaS

Location: UK (Remote with travel to London for business-critical needs)

Salary: Up to £113,000 base + bonus + commission

We’re partnering with a global leader in AI-powered Governance, Risk, and Compliance solutions. Their platform empowers organisations across regulated industries to make smarter, risk-aware decisions and stay ahead in an increasingly complex landscape.

Due to continued growth in the UK market, they are looking to hire a Senior Enterprise Sales Executive to play a pivotal role in winning new business, expanding strategic accounts, and driving large-scale GRC transformation programmes.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own and execute the full enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting through to close
  • Drive new logo acquisition while expanding existing key accounts
  • Engage and influence senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives
  • Take a consultative approach, aligning GRC solutions to complex business challenges
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline through both inbound and self-generated opportunities
  • Navigate high-value, multi-stakeholder deals with confidence and precision
  • Consistently exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in enterprise SaaS sales with a strong track record of overachievement
  • Proven GRC experience is essential (Governance, Risk, Compliance platforms or solutions)
  • Experience selling into regulated industries such as financial services, insurance, or energy
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to navigate complex organisations and long sales cycles
  • High levels of drive, resilience, and emotional intelligence
