This is an 18 month, fixed term contract I&T Transformation Office Lead.

We’re looking for an I&T Transformation Office Lead. Based at our Paddington location, this role on behalf of the EGP Transformation Lead is accountable for working with the strategy office and office of the COO to align / build new ways of working to prioritise and receive IT/IS and D&A demand as part of EGP, for delivering the transformation plan, process and execution of how current IT technology, people, processes and tools need to change to become enable a modern, resilient, agile and efficient IT Organisation ( insourced and outsourced mix) which focuses on user experience as much as technology delivery. It will also manage the plan which develops the ITLT in ways of working, collaboration and delivery standards to achieve this.

What you’ll do:
- Manage a portfolio of projects while reporting to senior colleagues.
- Plan and manage the delivery of projects within an area of professional expertise, using an appropriate project management methodology to give assurance that intended outcomes are achieved.
- Manage projects or substantial workstreams within a transformational change program, ensuring integration with related projects; use structured change management methodologies to build acceptance of change and to embed desired culture and behaviours.
- Develop and implement stakeholder engagement plans for projects to identify relevant stakeholders, to develop positive stakeholder relationships, and to ensure that each stakeholder has an appropriate share of voice.
- Manage the project review process; provide stakeholders with accurate and relevant information and key recommendations at established review points to enable them to evaluate progress and agree on change.
What do you need to thrive in this role?
- Educated to degree level or equivalent relevant experience.
- Certified in project management methodologies: Prince2, PMI, LEAN, Agile, Scrum ITIL or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven experience at Leadership level delivering multi-faceted PMO / QMO including business leadership facilitation.
- Proven experience of translating business requirements into practical implementation projects / processes using internal and third-party service providers
- Proven experience of using project office to drive programme and project delivery including providing programme assurance and governance (planning, monitoring, and controlling programmes).
