Oracle Payroll Developer (Oracle Fusion) – SC Cleared Location: Bristol (3 days onsite)Contract: Until March 2027IR35: InsideWe're looking for 2 experienced Oracle Payroll Developers to join a major government programme, supporting business-critical payroll change and development work.This is not a project-based role. You'll be working across BAU and high-priority change, delivering enhancements within a DevOps environment.What you'll be doing Delivering payroll changes and improvements within Oracle FusionSupporting pay awards and ongoing business changeDeveloping and maintaining Fast FormulaWorking on integrations and data flows across systemsProducing and supporting OTBI / BI reportingTroubleshooting and resolving complex payroll issuesWhat we're looking for Strong experience with Oracle Fusion (Oracle Cloud) payrollSolid knowledge of: Fast FormulaPayroll configurationIntegrationsOTBI / BI reportingExperience working in corporate or shared services environmentsAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-demand settingStrong problem-solving and stakeholder understandingTechnical exposure (any of the below) HCM ExtractHDL / HSDLOracle Integration Cloud (OIC)SQL / PLSQLTPBN1_UKTJ
