Python Developer, ideally with current SC Security Clearance, is needed to work with our central government full time on site in Milton Keynes.

The Python Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions using Python. Delivering scalable, efficient, and maintainable code while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business and technical requirements.

Python Developer-SC Cleared- Essential Experience

Strong hands-on experience in Python with substantial experience of building production-grade applications.
Current SC Security Clearance or eligibility for SC Clearance
Experience in Golang including developing scalable Back End services
Experience in C#/.NET including building enterprise-grade applications
Experience of designing, developing, and maintaining microservices-based architectures
Knowledge of distributed systems, service-to-service communication, and fault tolerance
Ability to build RESTful APIs and integrating services across multiple systems
Proficiency in writing clean, efficient, testable, and well-documented code
Experience with asynchronous/thread processing, messaging systems, and background workers
Strong experience with Git-based version control and CI/CD pipelines
Working knowledge of security best practices, authentication, and authorization

6 month contract with scope to extend
Full time on site in Milton Keynes
£530.00 per day inside IR35
