- Proficiency in Python for integration and transformation tasks.
- Familiarity with DBT or similar transformation tooling.
- Comfortable running a data warehouse independently, implementing governance and standards.
- Exposure to AI / ML initiatives is a plus.
- Autonomous, proactive and able to influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong communicator with the ability to translate technical challenges into business outcomes.
- Collaborative, solution-focused and committed to building trusted, high-quality data.

- Competitive salary with career growth and professional development opportunities.
- Comprehensive health, wellbeing and financial protection benefits.
- Generous holiday allowance and flexible family-friendly policies.
- Access to a range of retail discounts, perks and social/team activities.
If you thrive in a fast-moving and collaborative environment and want to make a real impact, this role is for you.
