Workplace Insights Analyst

Workplace Insights Analyst 12 Month Contract Stevenage – Hybrid working £35/hr UMBRELLA Inside IR35 Morson is recruiting a Workplace Insights Analyst to support Facilities Management operations for our client based in Stevenage. The role will focus on transforming workplace, operational and systems data into clear, actionable insights. You will identify trends, measure performance and help evidence opportunities for improvement across the workplace. Working closely with Facilities Management Systems, Projects and Operational teams, you will support evidence-led decision-making aimed at improving workplace performance, employee experience and wider business outcomes. Role Responsibilities • Analyse workplace, operational and systems data to identify trends, risks and opportunities. • Transform complex datasets into clear and meaningful business insights. • Develop dashboards and data visualisations to support operational and strategic decision-making. • Monitor KPIs and workplace performance measures. • Identify recurring themes and root causes in partnership with the Systems team. • Provide supporting evidence for continuous improvement opportunities. • Measure the effectiveness and benefits of workplace improvements. • Maintain the quality and integrity of workplace data. • Work with Systems colleagues to improve data capture and reporting capabilities. • Identify opportunities to automate reporting processes. • Translate technical information into clear business recommendations. • Present findings to operational teams and senior Facilities Management leadership. • Work collaboratively across Operations, Projects, Strategy, Property and Finance. • Maintain Facilities Management dashboards and produce regular performance reports. • Develop new KPIs and benchmark workplace performance where appropriate. Skills and Experience Required • Experience analysing complex datasets. • Strong Power BI capability. • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. • Experience producing data visualisations. • Knowledge of data quality management. • Strong problem-solving and analytical ability. • Ability to identify trends, patterns and root causes. • Experience translating data into meaningful recommendations. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to explain technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders. • Strong stakeholder engagement and presentation skills. The following would be useful but not essential: • Previous Facilities Management experience. • Experience using Integrated Workplace Management Systems. • Planon experience. • SQL knowledge. • Workplace analytics experience. • Lean or continuous improvement experience. Additional Information Due to the nature of the work, candidates will need to be able to obtain the relevant background checks and security clearance if required.
