2nd/3rd Line Support Engineer - Azure, Servers, Firewalls, Windows

2nd Line Support Engineer (some 3rd Line Support experience preferred) - Coventry - hybrid working (3 days onsite, 2 days at home) - inside IR35 - 6 month initial contract with potential of going permanent in the long term.

We are seeking a highly skilled 2nd Line Support Engineer to join our small but dynamic team of technology professionals. As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our organisation's modernisation and migration to the cloud with Microsoft technologies. Your expertise will also be essential in delivering the best end-user computing solution for our organisation. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining our firewalls, servers, and network, as well as supporting their journey to the cloud.

Experience:
In order to excel in this role, we expect you to have experience and skills in the following areas:
- Windows Servers (Apply online only)/Windows 10
- Office 365
- Active Directory Management
- VMware - Experience with virtualisation, Microsoft Hyper-V and VMware vSphere.
- Hyper V
- SQL Server
- Azure
- PKI
- SCCM
- SCOM
- INTUNE
- Experience and knowledge of Checkpoint Firewalls
