We’re Hiring: Data Centre Engineers – Finland (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Structural)

We are currently hiring 12 highly skilled Data Centre Engineers across the following disciplines:

• Mechanical Engineers (x3)

• Electrical Engineers (x3)

• Civil Engineers (x3)

• Structural Engineers (x3)

Location: Finland (multiple sites)
Employment Type: Full-time

As a Data Centre Engineer, you will play a vital role in the planning, design, and execution of mission-critical infrastructure projects. Responsibilities vary by discipline but will include:

Mechanical: HVAC systems design, cooling strategies, equipment selection and commissioning
Electrical: Power systems design, redundancy planning, UPS/generator integration
Civil: Site planning, earthworks, access roads, and utility coordination
Structural: Structural analysis and design of buildings, foundations, and supports

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant engineering discipline

• 3+ years of experience in data centre or large-scale infrastructure projects

• Familiarity with local Finnish/EU codes and standards

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Ability to work on-site and collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams

• English proficiency; Finnish is a plus
