Mapping Coordinator
Our Utility Solutions Practice is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Mapping Coordinator to join our team in Bristol. The role involves supporting the delivery of digital map-based solutions to our diverse client base. You will be responsible for the digitisation and georeferencing of raster data for our Utility Search Map product, ensuring high accuracy. This hybrid role requires a minimum of two days per week in the office, with the option for more if preferred. Responsibilities include quality checking team deliverables, managing workloads, processing new orders, and liaising with teams and clients to resolve issues. You will also have the opportunity to identify and implement process efficiencies and support other teams as needed.
Skills:
Experience with computer-aided design software
Proficiency in GIS Mapping systems
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Ability to multi-task and manage projects
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Problem-solving skills
Effective time management
Organisational and professional conduct
Experience in a client-facing role (desirable)

Certifications & Standards:
Prior experience in the utility industry is advantageous
Knowledge of GIS methodologies and principles
