About the role
Mortgage Advice Bureau (MAB) is the UK's leading mortgage intermediary going through a period of high growth and business expansion. We're looking for a commercially astute Programme Manager to join our Technology & Change team. This high-impact role sits at the heart of group-wide transformation, with direct visibility across senior leadership and the board. You'll lead the orchestration of complex and high-value programmes, particularly those involving mergers and acquisitions, enterprise change and post-deal integration. From strategic planning to operational execution, you'll drive alignment across Legal, Finance, Technology and Corporate Development, ensuring every initiative delivers measurable value and long-term impact.
This role is hybrid with 2-3 days a week based at our Derby HQ, with occasional travel to our subsidiary businesses at other sites.
About You
You're a seasoned Programme Manager with a track record of delivering business-critical change at scale with experience and involvement in M&A activity, integration and/or business change. You bring sharp commercial insight, strategic thinking and the confidence to influence board-level stakeholders. Confident navigating ambiguity, you thrive in complex, multi-entity environments and know how to unite cross-functional teams around a shared vision. Experience with corporate governance, financial modelling or regulatory frameworks is a bonus.

1st stage interview: Competency interview via Teams with our hiring manager
final stage interview: Competency based interview plus a presentation brief at our Derby office with our hiring manager and a team member
