Role Details
  • Position: Sales Support Administrator
  • Type: Full-time, permanent
  • Working hours: Monday – Friday, 9:30am – 5:30pm
  • Working pattern: Onsite
  • Salary: £26,000 – £29,000 per annum (depending on experience)
  • Bonus: Up to £2,000 per annum based on targets

Holiday

Advantageous (but not essential)
  1. Experience using Sage 200 for order processing
  2. Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot or similar)
Key Duties
  • Administering and logging all quotes
  • Responding to pricing queries via email and telephone
  • Order inputting, processing, and maintenance
  • Providing telephone support
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • Updating customers and clients with product data
  • General administrative duties
About You
  • Previous experience in Administration or Sales Support
  • Excellent telephone manner
