Technical Delivery Engineer
Technical Delivery Engineer | Networking & Connectivity | Hybrid (UK)
We’re looking for a Technical Delivery Engineer to support the design, deployment and delivery of connectivity solutions for customers.
This role sits between Sales, Technical Support and Engineering, ensuring solutions are technically validated, successfully deployed and smoothly transitioned into ongoing support.
You’ll work directly with customers and internal teams, supporting projects from solution design through to installation and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support Sales with technical solution design and scoping
• Deliver network deployments, installations and configurations (onsite and remote)
• Act as the technical point of contact during project delivery
• Work closely with Sales, Service Delivery and Engineering teams
• Produce technical documentation and implementation guides
• Participate in an on-call escalation rota for critical incidents
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in 2nd Line Support or Network Engineering
• Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing & switching)
• Experience with enterprise routers, switches and network hardware
• Knowledge of broadband, Ethernet, 4G/5G or fixed wireless technologies
• Experience troubleshooting VoIP / SIP issues
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer communication
Nice to have:
• Vendor certifications (Cisco CCNA/CCNP, Juniper, MikroTik, Ubiquiti)
• Experience with network monitoring or packet capture tools
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles
