Role purpose

We are looking for a Movar Reply Tech Partners Implementation Consultant to join our growing Movar Reply Tech Partners practice. You will be responsible for leading and delivering Movar Tech Partners implementations end-to-end for our clients, with a primary focus on the SMB (Small and Medium-sized Business) construction market across the UK. You will work closely with client stakeholders and Movar Reply Tech Partners' Account Executives (AEs), Account Managers (AMs), and Customer Success Engineers (CSEs).

This is a client-facing, hands-on delivery role. You will be involved from the pre-sale scoping stage through to go-live and beyond, ensuring that each client realises measurable value from their Movar ReplyTech Partners investment. You will deliver implementations primarily across the Project Execution Essentials and Project Execution product tiers, with scope to grow into Cost Management and Enterprise implementations as the practice matures.

Beyond implementation, this role has a strong commercial dimension. You will be expected to develop lasting account relationships, identify opportunities for growth, and position Movar Reply's wider service offerings where they add genuine value for the client.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Sale & Scoping

  • Engage with Movar Reply Tech Partners AEs from Stage 3 of the sales cycle to run partner discovery sessions and establish client requirements, with a particular focus on SMB prospects
  • Define and document scope of works, agree Priority 1 deliverables, and develop tailored implementation proposals and pricing
  • Participate in the Mutual Success Timeline process, including the Partner Discovery and Solution Review stages
  • Advise on appropriate Movar Reply Tech Partners product tier (Essentials, Project Execution, Enterprise) based on client needs and maturity

Implementation Delivery

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Movar Reply Tech Partners implementations in line with agreed Scope of Work, within defined timelines (~25 days for Essentials; ~35 days for Project Execution Enhanced)
  • Facilitate Account Configuration sessions, Co-Creation workshops, and 'Day in the Life' training tailored to client roles and workflows
  • Configure Movar Reply Tech Partners tools including Drawings, Specifications, RFIs, Inspections, Site Diary, Snag List, Safety & Quality Observations, Submittals, Correspondence, Action Plans, and Meetings
  • Produce all required implementation deliverables: Implementation Project Plan, Configuration Task List, Project Status Reports, Discovery Summary, and Project Closeout Documentation
  • Manage client stakeholders throughout delivery, ensuring active participation and timely completion of client-side tasks
  • Identify and escalate risks or blockers that could impact delivery timelines or outcomes

Account Growth & Commercial Development

  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key client stakeholders post-implementation, acting as a valued long-term partner rather than a one-time delivery resource
  • Identify opportunities to deepen client engagement through outstanding value delivery, ensuring clients achieve and can articulate the ROI of their Movar Reply Tech Partners investment
  • Proactively identify and position complementary Movar Reply service offerings — including project controls consultancy, programme recovery, and organisational transformation services — where these add genuine value for the client
  • Contribute to account planning alongside Movar Reply leadership, providing on-the-ground insight into client health, growth potential, and risk
  • Support upsell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with the Movar Reply Tech Partners account team, helping clients grow from Essentials into Project Execution or Cost Management tiers where appropriate

Client Enablement & Success

  • Design and deliver role-based training programmes appropriate to site teams, project managers, and administrators
  • Support clients in developing and documenting their Movar Reply Tech Partners Standard Operating Procedures
  • Facilitate a smooth post-implementation handoff to Movar Reply Tech Partners Account Management and Customer Success teams
  • Conduct go-live check-ins at 3 and 6 months to assess adoption and identify further optimisation opportunities

Internal & Partner Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development and standardisation of Movar Reply's Tech Partners delivery methodology and internal playbooks
  • Maintain accurate project records and status reporting to the Head of Transformation Delivery
  • Collaborate with Movar Reply Tech Partners' PS and CSE teams to align on delivery standards and client outcomes
  • Support business development by contributing to proposals, case studies, and thought leadership

Essential Experience

  • Demonstrable experience administering Software in a construction, civil engineering, or infrastructure environment
  • Strong understanding of construction project workflows — including document control, quality, site management, and RFI/submittal processes
  • Experience managing client-facing software implementation projects, including scoping, configuration, training, and go-live
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills — able to engage credibly with both site teams and senior leadership
  • A commercial mindset with the ability to identify account growth opportunities and position additional services naturally and credibly
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple concurrent SMB implementations and maintain delivery quality
  • Self-starter comfortable working autonomously in a consultancy environment

Desirable Experience

  • Experience with ISO 9001 quality management processes and their application in construction
  • Familiarity with BIM workflows and document management within a CDE (Common Data Environment)
  • Experience with Cost Management tools including contract management, budgets, and payment applications
  • Prior experience in a digital consultancy, software vendor, or systems integrator
  • Knowledge of the UKI SMB construction market
