Job Summary.
We're looking for an entrepreneurial Training & Adoption Lead to build, lead, and scale capability and change programmes across our clients and internal teams. You’ll sit at the intersection of technology, transformation, and human behaviour—crafting innovative, high-impact learning and adoption strategies that empower teams to embrace new ways of working.
This isn’t just about training delivery. It’s about building a movement—influencing mindsets, shaping digital cultures, and making new capabilities stick where it matters most: on the ground, in projects, and in delivery.
You’ll have the freedom to shape the role, the tools, and the methods—while working alongside industry leaders, technologists, data scientists, and project delivery experts.
Key Responsibilities.
Build Learning as a Product: Create a modern, modular training ecosystem that covers digital tools, AI literacy, data-driven decision-making, agile ways of working, and PMO/project controls excellence. Blend live facilitation, self-serve content, on-demand microlearning, and embedded coaching.
Lead Adoption from the Front: Design and drive end-to-end adoption journeys for clients adopting new platforms, processes, or mindsets. Use change frameworks, behavioural science, and hands-on engagement to secure buy-in from boardroom to jobsite.
Embed Innovation in Learning: Bring a fresh perspective. Leverage AI assistants, gamification, interactive walkthroughs, and digital adoption platforms (DAPs) to support learning in the flow of work. Make “training” invisible, intuitive, and user-led.
Be a Partner, Not a Trainer: Work closely with transformation leads, product owners, data teams, and PMOs to align learning with business goals. Facilitate strategy workshops, capability assessments, and learning roadmaps that drive measurable impact.
Measure What Matters: Define adoption KPIs, track behaviour change, and continuously improve learning journeys using analytics, feedback, and experimentation. Own the results. Learn fast. Pivot faster.
Key Competencies.
- A track record of delivering training, capability, or change programmes in digital, data, AI, or project delivery contexts
- Deep understanding of project delivery lifecycles, PMO models, and project controls—paired with strong digital fluency
- Experience working in or alongside consultancies, scale-ups, or transformation teams
- Comfort adapting in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Tools of the trade: LMS or DAP platforms, content creation tools, change frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci, Agile Change), data storytelling
- A builder’s mindset: proactive, outcome-driven, unafraid to challenge the status quo
Qualifications & Experience.
- Demonstrable experience in learning & development, organisational change, or digital transformation
- Strong understanding of project delivery environments, including PMO, project controls, or complex programmes
- Proven ability to design and deliver training or adoption programmes across digital, data, or AI initiatives
- Experience applying change frameworks (e.g. Prosci, ADKAR, APMG, Agile Change) in real-world settings
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with high levels of ownership
- Familiarity with digital learning platforms, digital adoption tools (e.g. WalkMe, Whatfix), or AI-enabled learning solutions
