Ruby on Rails Developer - £50k - £75k

Here at Movement8, we have an exciting opportunity working with a fast-growing SaaS company. The client are going through a maturity phase, and would require suitable candidates to work a hybrid module of 2 days a week in their London office.

The ideal candidate would come from a start-up environment as well as having e-commerce experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Training and mentoring Junior developers in the team i.e spotting skills gaps
• Reviewing the code of other to identify potential
• building innovative products
• Assisting in developing, maintaining and improving the system.

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years experience in Ruby/Ruby on Rails
• Good problem-solving skills with an understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Security and performance awareness.
• Familiarity with coding standards and best practices.
• Self-management and self-motivation.
• Great English, both verbal and written.
