Amazing opportunity to join this superbly successful scale up in Bristol, fintech.

Reporting to the Lead Content Design Manager, you’ll be a key member of the marketing team and a strong second-in-command.

You’re a creative and strategic engine, crafting content, leading experiments, and presenting top-line insights.

As a line manager, you’ll help to lead, mentor and inspire a team of content marketing executives.

You’ll bring a sharp eye for content that converts and have heaps of experience in writing copy that makes people feel something.

You’re hands-on, versatile and a dab hand at crafting short-form creative for ads, social, email and other fast-moving channels. You’ll also help shape content strategies that align with our brand, product and business goals, supporting a best-in-class content design function.

Your top skills will include copywriting, product marketing, content design, project management, team management.

6+ years of content experience - ideally in high-growth, fast-paced environments where content is core to growth.

Experience in product marketing or go-to-market campaigns, confident in representing customer voice in product conversations and championing messaging internally.

Confident coaching and leading others - you don’t need decades of experience but you do need to inspire and support people to do their best work.

A content professional who understands persona insights, member and market behaviour and uses that to inform and design content strategies, experiments and activities
