Growth Marketing Manager

Fast growing fintech/SaaS business looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to take ownership of subscriber growth and scale what’s already working.

This isn’t a role where you’ll just be handed a plan to execute. You’ll be the one setting the direction, spotting opportunities and bringing new ideas to the table, then making them happen.

Managing a £2m+ performance marketing budget, working across paid and organic channels, with real responsibility for delivering results.

What you’ll be doing:
  • You’ll sit at the heart of the marketing team, connecting strategy with execution and making sure everything is driving growth.
  • Owning subscriber acquisition and the key numbers (CAC, LTV, ROAS)
  • Leading performance channels, paid social, search, programmatic, display and CTV
  • Managing and optimising a £2m+ budget, knowing where to invest for the best return
  • Running a structured test-and-learn programme across the funnel
  • Turning data and insight into clear, commercially sound decisions
  • Working closely with teams across creative, SEO, CRM, PR and partnerships
  • Managing agency relationships and pushing for continuous improvement
About you:
  • This would suit someone who enjoys both the strategy and the doing and who’s comfortable being accountable for results.
  • 6+ years in growth or performance marketing role
  • Excellent knowledge of paid media channels – social and search
  • Experience managing sizeable budgets (£1m+)
  • Have experience of managing external agencies.
  • Loves working with data - testing and optimising.
  • Experience in a subscription or consumer business would be amazing but isn’t essential.
  • Ideally skilled delivering customer or subscriber growth
  • Natural curiosity and proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work at speed and adapt to changes!
