SEO and Website Manager

SEO and Website Manager

Bristol £55k-65k

We’re looking for a Website & SEO Lead who cares about great search experiences and knows how to turn them into real, sustainable growth.

You’ll own the website and organic acquisition performance end-to-end. Bringing together technical SEO, content, CRO and brand thinking to create strategies that evolve with how people search, and stay one step ahead.

Play an impactful, key role in championing SEO across the business and translating insight into sustainable, high-quality growth.

This is a role for someone who enjoys thinking holistically about search: how people discover brands, how trust is built, and how smart SEO compounds over time.

Search is evolving fast. Algorithms shift, platforms multiply, and expectations keep rising. You’ll have the space (and backing) to shape how the business shows up across modern search and discovery, including AEO, emerging formats and alternative platforms, while keeping the fundamentals rock solid.

What you’ll do

  • Own the website, CMS, SEO and AEO performance end-to-end (Webflow experience would be great)
  • Turn organic search into a consistent, high-quality driver of member growth.
  • Lead modern SEO strategy across technical, content, offsite, GEO and AEO.
  • Shape site structure, keyword strategy and on-page optimisation with both users and search in mind.
  • Stay on top of site health, including Core Web Vitals, crawlability, indexing and performance.
  • Partner closely with Product, Creative and Insights to build and optimise search-led experiences.
  • Grow authority through outreach, PR and partnerships.
  • Experiment with what’s next in search and discovery, from AI answers to platforms like YouTube and TikTok.
  • Line manage and develop a Digital Marketing Executive, supporting growth and ownership.

About you

  • 8+ years’ experience in website and SEO roles, including people management.
  • Strong technical SEO foundations, paired with commercial thinking.
  • Comfortable working in fast-moving consumer, app or ecommerce environments.
  • Experience of tools like GSC, GA4, Ahrefs or SEMrush.
  • A working knowledge of AEO, GEO, EEAT, HCU and Core Web Vitals.
  • Confident, collaborative and happy influencing across teams.
  • Any knowledge of financial services or the fintech market would be interesting.

If you love shaping AEO strategies, and turning search into a serious growth engine then this could be for you.
