AI Lead

Strong experience in Operational Excellence, Business Process Improvement, and Continuous Improvement initiatives
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a strong process-driven approach
Hands-on experience in process discovery, workflow analysis, process mapping, and automation opportunity assessment
Good understanding of Intelligent Automation technologies including RPA, AI/ML capabilities, and Low-Code/No-Code platforms (hands-on development experience is not mandatory)
Ability to collaborate effectively with both business stakeholders and technical delivery teams to drive automation initiatives
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and client engagement skills
Experience working with UK-based clients, global teams, or enterprise organizations
