Data Management Specialist - Insurance
- Mandatory experience in the Insurance domain, specifically with Policy, Claims, and Finance data
- Strong expertise in Data Governance, Data Quality Management, and Data Reconciliation
- Hands-on experience supporting Finance Transformation and Reporting programs
- Exposure to Enterprise Data Platforms (EDP) and Databricks is highly preferred
- Experience with Data Retention, Archival strategies, and Regulatory Compliance (GDPR)
- Good understanding of data controls, lineage, metadata management, and audit requirements
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working within large-scale enterprise data environments and transformation programs
