- Preferably worked as a Senior Program Test Manager or possesses 20+ years of extensive experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Engineering, ideally with a strong technical foundation.
- Demonstrated 10+ years of Delivery Test Management experience across large-scale, strategic, and complex transformation initiatives.
- Proven track record of leading Finance and Actuarial testing programmes, including successful delivery of IFRS 17 or comparable regulatory transformation projects.
