The Role

You’ll take ownership of developing and closing international Audio Visual opportunities across major enterprise clients. Working at the intersection of sales, solution design, and commercial strategy, you’ll lead large, multi-country bids and play a key role in shaping how AV hardware and software solutions are delivered at scale.

This is a highly visible role, engaging senior stakeholders internally and externally, and influencing deals that span multiple regions and business units.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Identifying, developing, and converting international AV opportunities across EMEA
  • Building and managing a strong pipeline of global enterprise accounts
  • Leading complex, multi-country tenders and coordinating bid activity
  • Engaging C-level stakeholders and positioning high-value AV solutions
  • Structuring, presenting, and negotiating commercial proposals
  • Collaborating cross-functionally (pre-sales, operations, finance, etc.) to deliver viable, scalable solutions
  • Driving revenue growth and consistently exceeding sales targets
  • Producing accurate forecasts and maintaining pipeline visibility
  • Building long-term strategic relationships across customers and internal stakeholders
  • Acting as a recognised presence within the AV and workplace solutions market
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in Audio Visual sales, consultancy, or complex solution selling
  • Strong track record of winning business with large, enterprise or global clients
  • Experience managing long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles across multiple countries
  • Ability to operate confidently at C-suite level
  • Deep understanding of the AV ecosystem — including hardware, software, and integrated solutions
  • Strong commercial acumen, including pricing, contracts, and deal structuring
  • Experience working with vendors, system integrators, and strategic partners
  • A collaborative, international mindset with the ability to work across distributed teams
