Part time 24 hours per week

12 month FTC until end of August 2026

£25,000 (£15,000 pro-rata) + 15% retention bonus and benefits

Sunbury office based

Hours: 8.30am – 5.30pm Monday to Wednesday with 1 hour lunch

My client is recruiting for a 12 month fixed term contract for a Data Administrator, to join their dynamic team to oversee the integration of point-of-sale (POS) data into QlikView, Cognos, and Power BI, ensuring seamless reporting across these platforms. Deliver regular and ad-hoc reports through Cognos to key stakeholders throughout the EMEA region. Provide training and guidance to colleagues on using QlikView and Cognos effectively.

Responsibilities

Responsible for preparation and upload of the POS Data into proprietary database on a weekly basis

Upload data from files to the internal databases and Power BI platform, correcting exceptions.

Check validity of load against files received and validity of load against files received.

Maintain and update the relevant account lists and other necessary files for the upload

Liaise with Management Information System to upload the POS data into the database

Provide market share and other reports for the sales and marketing department

Provide Analysis report for the sales department

Aid other departments in creating reports on platform

Experience

Minimum of 1 year office experience

Experience with MS Office; Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, Teams

Bonus if you have an understanding of either: Qlikview, Cognos, Power BI Desktop and Power BI Online

Education/Qualifications

GCSE – A level educated (or equivalent)
