We’re now looking for a Business Intelligence Application Analyst to join our dynamic team. Your Mission As a Business Intelligence Application Analyst

You’ll play a key role in designing, implementing, and supporting SAP BI solutions. You’ll work across SAP BW, SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud, and more—ensuring our reporting systems are robust, insightful, and aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Application Analysis & Development Design and implement high-availability SAP BW/SAP Datasphere data models and reportsMaintain and monitor SAP BI applications (housekeeping, daily operations)Provide functional user support based on SLAs, KPIs, and ticketing systemsContribute to BI strategy aligned with company goalsBuild strong relationships with internal stakeholders at all levels

Project Management Lead full lifecycle BI project implementations or workstreamsEnsure delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards

• Business Consulting Translate business needs into technical solutionsDeliver user training and ongoing supportCollaborate with internal IT and BPM teamsProvide expert guidance to users and stakeholders

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong knowledge of SAP BW, SAP Datasphere, and SAP Analytics Cloud
• Experience with SAP frontend tools (e.g., Analysis for Office, SAP Analytics Cloud)
• Bonus: Familiarity with Databricks
• Agile mindset with a pragmatic approach to change
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Willingness to travel and adopt new technologies
• Proven relationship and service level management skills
