Contract duration: 1 year (with possible extension up to 2 years)

Job Description -

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in IT support roles, with a focus on end-user support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and other enterprise IT systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus.
