Trainee Recruitment Consultant

We have been working with this superb recruitment business for nearly 15 years now and are pleased to be helping them with their expansion plans. The firm specialises in tech and has a huge footprint within all elements of the sector.

2025 has been good to them so far and as a result the requirement for a trainee recruiter has come about. This well-established agency leads the UK market, specialising in IT appointments at all levels including senior leadership, working with clients and candidates across the UK.

Clients range across sectors to include professional services, e-commerce/retail, financial services, digital and creative agencies, rapidly expanding SMEs and new tech start-ups, across the UK.

As a result of ongoing expansion, a trainee consultant is now sought to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a good level of education with professional written and verbal communication skills, a positive and enthusiastic mindset, and the focus and drive to make a successful career as a blue chip recruiter.

No previous recruitment experience is necessary as full training and mentoring will be provided. Some sales experience within a commercial environment would be preferable, but is not essential for the right person.

Competitive basic + commission. First year OTE £32-38k. Second/third year c£40-50k is realistic!
