We’re hiring a Lead Product Manager to own one of our most strategically important

enterprise product propositions. Please only apply if you have a consulting background or experience co-creating products with an end user (ie embedded finance etc)

This is a senior product role with clear commercial accountability, operating at the

intersection of product, enterprise partnerships and revenue.

You’ll own the end-to-end product strategy, performance and evolution of a key enterprise

proposition, shaping what we sell, how it’s delivered, and how it performs with users.

Enterprise Product Ownership

  • Own the enterprise proposition across its full lifecycle.
  • Accountable for user engagement, adoption, retention, and commercial performance.
  • Translate enterprise partner needs into scalable product solutions.
  • Balance bespoke customer requirements with platform scalability.
  • Challenge requirements to maintain product quality and user experience.

Commercial Ownership & Enterprise Partnerships

  • Act as product lead within enterprise partnerships.
  • Partner with Sales, Account Management, and Client Services.
  • Shape propositions, deal structures, and commercial solutions.
  • Contribute to presales, solution design, and scope definition.
  • Decide what should be bespoke, scalable, partner-funded, or strategic investment.
  • Ensure solutions sold are commercially viable and deliverable.

Product Strategy & Roadmapping

  • Own and drive an outcome-focused roadmap.
  • Align priorities to revenue, user needs, platform strategy, and engineering capacity.
  • Prioritise using commercial impact, user value, urgency, and strategic fit.
  • Make trade-offs explicit and gain stakeholder alignment.

User-Centred Product Development

  • Develop deep understanding of end users within enterprise environments.
  • Lead discovery and validation activities.
  • Base decisions on user insight and behavioural data.
  • Advocate for user experience within complex commercial environments.
  • Ensure the user voice is represented in enterprise product decisions.

Data & Performance

  • Own product KPIs including:
  • Adoption
  • Engagement
  • Retention
  • Revenue contribution
  • Use data to optimise performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Drive continuous improvement and measurable impact.
  • Operate the product with clear business accountability.

Leadership

  • Lead and develop Product Managers.

  • Strong product leadership experience in B2C or B2B2C environments.
  • Experience working with enterprise customers and partnerships.
  • Commercially minded with ownership of business outcomes.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Experience balancing bespoke and scalable product solutions.
  • Data-driven decision maker.
  • Experience leading Product Managers and cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable operating in agile, outcome-focused product environments.
