About Us

We've spent the last four years building a strong reputation within the digital infrastructure and data centre market.

Following this success, we opened another office, a specialist venture that has already achieved significant growth in just 12 months. The business continues to expand rapidly, supported by a high volume of live vacancies and an ambitious growth strategy.

Currently a team of eight, our goal is to at least double in size over the next 12-18 months. This creates genuine opportunities for early joiners to play a key role in our future success and develop into future leaders of the business.

The Opportunity

This is initially a 180 Resourcer position, focused on candidate sourcing, market mapping, talent engagement and supporting the delivery of existing client requirements.

During your first six months, you will gain exposure to multiple specialisms within the data centre market, allowing you to discover where your strengths and interests lie.

Following this period, there is the opportunity to either:

• Continue developing within the data centre delivery function
• Progress into a full 360 recruitment role, including business development responsibilities
• Build your own specialist niche within the market

Our goal is not simply to create recruiters, we develop genuine market experts.

What You'll Be Doing

• Sourcing and engaging high-quality candidates across the data centre sector
• Building strong relationships with industry professionals
• Supporting live vacancies and delivery projects
• Conducting candidate interviews and qualification calls
• Mapping talent markets and identifying future hiring opportunities
• Working closely with experienced consultants on key client requirements
• Becoming a specialist within areas such as power, utilities, HVAC, engineering, and critical infrastructure
• Developing a personal brand and professional network within a global market

Working Hours

This role is focused heavily on the US market and requires commitment, energy, and a strong work ethic.

Monday - Thursday: 9:30am - 8:00/9:00pm

Friday: Half day (typically finishing at 1:00pm)

• Four focused and productive days

This is not a traditional 9-5 role, and we are looking for people who are excited by that challenge.

Salary & Rewards

• Basic salary of £27,000 - £30,000
• Uncapped commission structure ranging from 10% - 60%
