Leeds City Centre (1 minute from train station)
£25,000 – £30,000 base + up to 40% commission (OTE £88K+)
We’re partnering with a high-growth, specialist recruitment business operating across the US IT & Blockchain markets. They are looking for driven recruiters with at least 6 months’ experience who are ready to take the next step in a high-performance, high-reward environment.
You’ll join a team that consistently signs 7–10 new client terms per week, giving you immediate access to live vacancies and the chance to start billing quickly.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing the candidate side of the recruitment process within IT & Blockchain markets
- Sourcing, screening, and engaging high-quality candidates
- Building strong candidate relationships and market knowledge
- Working closely with clients and internal teams to deliver on live roles
- Hitting activity targets (circa 100 calls per day)
- Driving deals from initial contact through to placement
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 6 months’ experience in recruitment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Resilient, competitive, and motivated by success and earnings
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- A proactive, “go-getter” attitude
