About the Project

We are partnering with a global IT consultancy to scale a high-impact engineering team supporting a global telecom leader. The project is currently in an aggressive expansion phase, moving from a core team of five to 30 engineers over the next 12 months. This is a long-term engagement: initially a 1-year contract with a clear roadmap for extension up to 5 years. You will be joining a high-stakes environment where technical logic and rapid troubleshooting are critical to maintaining the infrastructure of a global giant.

The Role

We are looking for both Level 2 (L2) and Level 3 (L3) Engineers.

You will be responsible for the remote configuration, troubleshooting, and end-to-end support of complex enterprise network elements (Routing, Switching, Security, and DDI).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lifecycle Management: Remotely execute installations, decommissions, and modifications in strict compliance with global network standards.
  • Complex Change Management: Coordinate with field engineers and architects to plan and execute multi-phased changes and complex projects.
  • Incident Response: Lead troubleshooting bridges and "war room" situations for complex network incidents under stringent SLAs.
  • Documentation: Interface with architects and implementation managers to gather requirements and maintain rigorous technical documentation.

Your Profile

For the L2 Role:

  • Experience: Minimum 4+ years in a similar global enterprise environment.
  • Certification: CCNA or equivalent proven expertise in networking fundamentals.

For the L3 Role:

  • Experience: Minimum 8+ years with a track record of handling high-complexity enterprise networks.
  • Certification: CCNP or equivalent senior-level expertise.

Technical Requirements (Both Levels):

  • Core Skills: Deep working knowledge of LAN, WLAN, VPN, MPLS, IPSEC, and GRE.
  • Protocols: Strong proficiency in OSPF, BGP, and EIGRP.
  • Security & Specialized Tech: Working experience with Palo Alto, Zscaler, Huawei, or Cloud connectivity.
  • Mindset: Proven ability to maintain analytical focus and communicate effectively during high-pressure troubleshooting bridges.
