Key Responsibilities:
- Lifecycle Management: Remotely execute installations, decommissions, and modifications in strict compliance with global network standards.
- Complex Change Management: Coordinate with field engineers and architects to plan and execute multi-phased changes and complex projects.
- Incident Response: Lead troubleshooting bridges and "war room" situations for complex network incidents under stringent SLAs.
- Documentation: Interface with architects and implementation managers to gather requirements and maintain rigorous technical documentation.

- Certification: CCNA or equivalent proven expertise in networking fundamentals.
For the L3 Role:
- Experience: Minimum 8+ years with a track record of handling high-complexity enterprise networks.
- Certification: CCNP or equivalent senior-level expertise.
Technical Requirements (Both Levels):
- Core Skills: Deep working knowledge of LAN, WLAN, VPN, MPLS, IPSEC, and GRE.
- Protocols: Strong proficiency in OSPF, BGP, and EIGRP.
- Security & Specialized Tech: Working experience with Palo Alto, Zscaler, Huawei, or Cloud connectivity.
- Mindset: Proven ability to maintain analytical focus and communicate effectively during high-pressure troubleshooting bridges.
