Testing Skills on SAP Datasphere :

SAP Datasphere testing on

o Spaces, Connections, Data Flows, Views, Analytical Models.

o Semantic modelling and business layer design.

HR Domain Knowledge for Testing

o Deep understanding of HR processes: Recruitment, Onboarding, Payroll, Performance, Compensation.

o Familiarity with HR KPIs and metrics.

• SuccessFactors Integration for Testing

o Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors OData APIs.

o Modelling data from Employee Central, Recruiting, Compensation modules.

• Data Management on Testing

o Data harmonization, transformation, and governance.

o Experience with MDFC/CDW or similar HR data warehouses.

• Other Skills

o SQL, Data Modelling best practices.

o Knowledge of SAC Planning and integration with Datasphere.

o Understanding of cloud architecture and security.
