Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IBM Sysplex / Mainframe Specialist with strong expertise in z/OS environments and proven experience in the financial services domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting Parallel Sysplex environments, ensuring high availability, performance, and resilience of mission-critical financial applications.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in IBM Mainframe technologies
• Hands-on expertise in:
• Parallel Sysplex
• Coupling Facility management
• z/OS system programming
• Experience with:
• CICS Transaction Server
• DB2 for z/OS
• IMS
• Knowledge of automation tools (e.g., IBM System Automation)
• Familiarity with performance monitoring tools (OMEGAMON, RMF, SMF)
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
