Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Test Lead to drive test governance, quality assurance, and validation of infrastructure platforms across enterprise environments.

This role is critical in ensuring that all infrastructure testing activities meet Test Centre of Excellence (CoE) standards, with a strong emphasis on resilience, disaster recovery, networking, and monitoring validation. Required Skills & Experience

Core Experience

• 10+ years of experience in Infrastructure Testing / Test Assurance / Non-Functional Testing
• Strong background in Test Governance, QA Strategy, and Test CoE frameworks
• Proven experience managing vendor-led testing delivery models

Technical Expertise

• Disaster Recovery & Resilience Testing (RTO/RPO, failover testing, DR drills)
• Strong understanding of Networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, Load Balancing, Firewalls)
• Experience with Monitoring & Observability tools (Splunk, Prometheus, Dynatrace, etc.)
• Exposure to Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure) and hybrid infrastructure
• Knowledge of ITIL, Service Management, and SRE principles
