🚀 We’re Hiring: Solution Architect – SAP Commissions (Hybrid | UK)

Looking for your next challenge in the SAP ecosystem? We’re seeking an experienced Solution Architect with deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Incentive Management (SAP Commissions) to join a high-impact project with a leading telecom client.

📍 Location: Hybrid (2 days WFO) – London, Derby, Edinburgh, Nottingham, Leeds, or Birmingham

📅 Contract: 12 months

💼 Experience Required: 10+ years in IT, with 8+ years in SAP Commissions

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Own and lead RFP activities including solution design, estimation, and client presentations
• Conduct requirement gathering workshops with business & IT stakeholders
• Design and configure complex compensation plans, rules, and pipelines
• Lead end-to-end implementations with S/4HANA integration
• Support UAT, training, go-live, and post-production issue resolution
• Manage distributed teams and ensure successful project delivery

✅ Must-Have Skills:

• Strong expertise in SAP Commissions (SuccessFactors Incentive Management)
• At least 2 end-to-end implementations
• Advanced SQL and data handling experience
• Deep understanding of compensation concepts (credits, incentives, clawbacks, etc.)
• Experience with data integration, pipelines, and payment processing

⭐ Nice to Have:

• SAP Territory & Quota
• Workflow configuration (approvals, disputes)
• SAP HANA integration tools
• SAP Commissions certification
