## Required Experience

- **3–5+ years** in software testing, QA engineering, or platform engineering with a quality focus

- **2+ years** testing cloud infrastructure and IaC (AWS + Terraform or CloudFormation)

- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipeline testing (GitLab CI or equivalent)

- Familiarity with data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, DBT, or AWS Glue)

- Python scripting for test automation and utilities

- Experience with compliance and governance requirements in regulated industries

**Preferred:**

- AWS certification (any level)

- Experience in financial services or regulated environments

- Familiarity with SRE practices (error budgets, blameless postmortems)

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
