JOB SUMMARY: Workday Analyst

Duration:6 months contract

Please note this is a fully remote role.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support configuration and updates across Workday and business processes
  • Assist with documentation of configuration, business process flows, and system changes
  • Develop and execute test scripts for system related changes and enhancements
  • Support testing cycles, including defect tracking and follow-up
  • Participate in project discussions to gather requirements and clarify system behavior
  • Track and support project milestones, deliverables, and timelines
  • Partner with team members and stakeholders to ensure tasks are progressing and issues are addressed
  • Assist with data validation and reporting checks as needed
  • Support release activities including testing and documentation updates

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of Workday HCM and business process framework
  • Ability to document processes and configuration clearly and consistently
  • Experience with testing support, including test script creation and execution
  • Basic project management skills (task tracking, timelines, follow-ups)
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and prioritize effectively
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Detail oriented with ability to follow structured processes

Required Experience

  • 3–5 years of Workday experience (HCM focused)
  • Experience supporting Workday configuration and business process updates
  • Experience supporting testing and release cycles
  • Exposure to project coordination or milestone tracking preferred
  • Experience working in global environments a plus
