Head of B2B Technical Support
Role OverviewThis role is a key part of the Business to Business (B2B) Proposition leadership team, expected to offer a high level of technical insight and knowledge. Leading a small team of experts the jobholder will provide technical support to both the B2B team developing Nest's propositions for it's employer and intermediary customers and to our Key Account Managers directly supporting our largest employer and intermediary customers. The team will also have responsibility for managing Nest's relationships with key Payroll Software Providers. The minimum criteria for this role are:
- The jobholder is expected to be a subject matter expert in all aspects of the DC pension market, have an in-depth knowledge of payroll, middleware systems and their integration and automation with NEST
- The jobholder is expected to have a high level of expertise of the NEST systems and processes and be skilled in supporting the development of equivalent expertise in colleagues
- Experience of delivering a multi-level relationship management model to external customers
- Experience of strategic account management, influencing outcomes and objection handling
- Experience of line management, including coaching and development of relevant skills within others
