Business Systems Analyst
Your Company: NET Recruit is assisting a distribution company in their search for a permanent Business Systems Analyst based in the Kent area. Known for its focus on quality, integrity, and innovation, the company takes pride in its business practices and acknowledges that its ongoing success depends on its people.This position offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join a dynamic and forward-thinking IT team where each day brings new challenges, collaboration, and the chance to contribute to the ongoing digital transformation of a well-established and growing organization.Your Role and Responsibilities While in this position, your duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Engaging with stakeholders across the business to understand operational needs and translate them into clear, actionable system requirements.
- Producing high-quality documentation such as functional specifications, process maps, and use cases.
- Evaluating existing business systems and processes to identify inefficiencies, recommending improvements, and supporting the implementation of enhancements.
- Supporting the selection, configuration, testing, and deployment of new business systems and technology solutions.
- Providing post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and system optimisation.
- Acting as a key liaison between business units, IT teams, and external partners to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation for systems, configurations, and process changes.
- Developing and maintaining reports and dashboards to enable data-driven decision-making.
- Assisting with user training and change management initiatives to drive successful adoption of new systems and processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in business analysis methodologies and tools.
- Experience working with ERP, CRM, or other enterprise systems.
- A solid understanding of project management principles.
- High attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
