Business Systems Analyst

Your Company: NET Recruit is assisting a distribution company in their search for a permanent Business Systems Analyst based in the Kent area. • Engaging with stakeholders across the business to understand operational needs and translate them into clear, actionable system requirements.
• Producing high-quality documentation such as functional specifications, process maps, and use cases.
• Evaluating existing business systems and processes to identify inefficiencies, recommending improvements, and supporting the implementation of enhancements.
• Supporting the selection, configuration, testing, and deployment of new business systems and technology solutions.
• Providing post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and system optimisation.
• Acting as a key liaison between business units, IT teams, and external partners to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation for systems, configurations, and process changes.
• Developing and maintaining reports and dashboards to enable data-driven decision-making.
• Assisting with user training and change management initiatives to drive successful adoption of new systems and processes.

What You Will Need to Apply: The ideal candidate will be a technically proficient Business Systems Analyst with a strong understanding of enterprise systems and business processes. You will have a proven ability to analyse complex problems, translate business needs into technical solutions, and deliver tangible improvements.You will possess:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in business analysis methodologies and tools.
• Experience working with ERP, CRM, or other enterprise systems.
• A solid understanding of project management principles.
• High attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
