Change Analyst

NET Recruit are partnering with a leading services business to support their search for a Change Analyst, working remotely with some travel. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team and contribute to transformative business projects.Please note: this is a contract role, for a 12 month period.Your Role While in this position your duties may include but are not limited to:
  • Utilising channels such as workshops, stakeholder engagement, and external research/benchmarking to gather and document business requirements 
  • Supporting project delivery by defining outcome criteria and success metrics, providing insightful reporting, as well as tracking progress against delivery goals
  • Managing risks and issues in line with the risk framework, escalating as required
  • Conducting analysis to identify areas for improvement, including data interrogation and root cause analysis, to enhance business efficiency and effectiveness
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives by analysing workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and proposing solutions
  • Creating storyboards, process models, specifications, diagrams, charts, and other visual aids to provide meaningful updates to stakeholders and engage with various sponsors
  • Helping prepare business readiness materials, including Go/No Go checklists, process documentation, playbooks, communication plans, and training resources
You MUST Have Please apply ONLY if you meet the following criteria:
  • Experience in business analysis or a similar analytical role
  • Experience using continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, and root cause analysis
  • Proficiency in process mapping and playbook creation
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and gain buy-in for objectives and deliverables
  • Ability to work across multiple projects and business areas while balancing competing priorities
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience of deploying Robotic Process Automation would be advantageous
