The successful candidate will join a collaborative and supportive team environment, playing a key role in ensuring customers receive a first-class support experience while contributing to the ongoing success and development of the business.Your Roles and Responsibilities: While in this position your duties may include but will not be limited to:
  • Managing inbound customer support tickets and maintaining accurate and up-to-date system records
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring they are kept informed and updated throughout the resolution process
  • Diagnosing, resolving and triaging technical issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing expert systems support to clients and partner organisations
  • Advising customers on best practices to help optimise their use of company systems and processes
  • Working closely with implementation consultants and internal teams to resolve system queries and customer concerns
  • Identifying opportunities for software and process improvements and communicating recommendations to relevant stakeholders
  • Creating, updating and maintaining customer-facing documentation and support materials
  • Collaborating effectively with colleagues across the business to deliver exceptional customer outcomes
  • Contributing to a positive team culture and supporting wider business objectives
What You Will Need to Apply: The ideal candidate for this role will possess previous customer service experience within a support-focused environment and demonstrate a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. Applicants should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, alongside the ability to build strong relationships with both customers and colleagues. The successful individual will be comfortable managing multiple priorities, remaining calm under pressure and taking ownership of issues through to resolution. A proactive and solutions-focused approach is essential, with candidates able to identify problems, investigate root causes and work collaboratively to achieve positive outcomes. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail will also be important for success in this role. Whilst not essential, previous experience or knowledge within accounting, finance or related sectors would be highly advantageous. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is committed to continually developing their knowledge and skills.What You Will Get in Return: For the successful candidate, a salary of up to £29,000 per annum will be offered, dependent on experience and suitability for the position.
