The successful candidate will join a collaborative and supportive team environment, playing a key role in ensuring customers receive a first-class support experience while contributing to the ongoing success and development of the business.Your Roles and Responsibilities: While in this position your duties may include but will not be limited to:
- Managing inbound customer support tickets and maintaining accurate and up-to-date system records
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring they are kept informed and updated throughout the resolution process
- Diagnosing, resolving and triaging technical issues in a timely and professional manner
- Providing expert systems support to clients and partner organisations
- Advising customers on best practices to help optimise their use of company systems and processes
- Working closely with implementation consultants and internal teams to resolve system queries and customer concerns
- Identifying opportunities for software and process improvements and communicating recommendations to relevant stakeholders
- Creating, updating and maintaining customer-facing documentation and support materials
- Collaborating effectively with colleagues across the business to deliver exceptional customer outcomes
- Contributing to a positive team culture and supporting wider business objectives
