Key Responsibilities

As a Technical Recruiter focusing on graduate and early-career professionals (primarily from STEM backgrounds), you will:

• Source and attract candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and networking
• Attend university career fairs and tech events globally
• Build strong relationships and confidently “sell” opportunities to candidates
• Engage with academic institutions across the UK, US, and Europe
• Cold call and proactively connect with new talent
• Work in a fast-paced, target-driven recruitment environment
• Maintain accurate candidate data in our ATS and systems
• Represent NETbuilder professionally as a brand ambassador

Compensation & Commission

• Base Salary: £28,850 – £35,000 per annum (depending on experience)
• Commission:
• £100 per hire (first 5 hires)
• £200 per hire (from the 6th hire onwards)
• Additional Bonuses: Based on team and individual performance

Location & Working Hours

• Office Attendance: Mandatory 4 days/week (Monday to Thursday) in our Central London office
• Full-time: 40 hours per week

• Proven success in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
