E-Plan Designer

E-plan Designer required - 2 month contract, Leatherhead (Hybrid)

This contract/temporary opportunity would suit a person available within 1-2 weeks' notice maximum with either self-employed or working paye as agency staff. Working to transfer and modify wiring harnesses from Arcadia into E-Plan.The work is on EV wiring harnesses

What you will do

Relatively low complexity looms, most lug-to-lug, some up to 60 nodes

• Take 3D CAD routing drawings and import into e-plan

• Create a 2D schematic diagram with pin outs 9no electrical calcs required)

• Combine 3d routing with 2D schematic to produce 2d harness manufacturing drawing in e-plan

What you will need

• Recent e-plan design experience equivalent to at least 2 years.

• Although this is automotive, any industry is fine as it is the understanding of using e-plan that is required

• E-plan certified useful but not essential

• Willing to be in office in leatherhead at least once per week

• Be eligible to work in Uk for at least 3 months without sponsorship

• Own laptop required; license can be provided - if you have license then higher rate available

What you will get

Outside IR35 contract or paye via agency

2 months work but possibility of future work.
