CRM and Database Administrator

The National Franchised Dealers Association is part of the Retail Motor Industry Federation and is the largest and most prominent trade association in the UK Automotive Franchised Dealer sector.

Job description

We are looking for candidates who have:

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Competent user of Microsoft packages including Dynamics 365, PowerBi, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Understanding of Invoicing/Debt Recovery.
  • Ability to work methodically with strong organisation skills.
  • Knowledge and understanding of CRM databases and their management.
  • The ability to be proactive and can work on their own initiative.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • English Language and Mathematics GCSE Level or equivalent (grades A* to C minimum)

Responsibilities:

  • Daily administration of membership and subscriptions to the association.
  • Working alongside our Field Sales Manager to update records and contacts
  • Answering our dedicated member helpline in a friendly and professional manner, answering all questions and queries to the best of your ability.
  • Build knowledge of the association, the company and our services to be able to provide accurate advice to members.
  • Respond to internal and external emails in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide administration support to the team, maintaining the databases and ensuring all information is correct and up to date.
